MLBU was formed in 2005 to cater to a niche market in garment exports arising from the family garment business OCSC.

But soon due to pressure from the factories we were working with, MLBU developed a flare for providing industrial products and services to cater to factory in-house logistics, storage & retrieval systems, ventilation systems and custom made mezzanine systems.
